Poha with Indori Sev
Poha with Indori Sev is very famous MP breakfast which u will find every where in MP. Normally it is eaten with Jelabis..It is very tasty and healthy breakfast whichis filling too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take poha and wash them well. Soak for about 5 mins.
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add green chillies.
* Step 3
Now add onions. Saute well till transculent.Add little saunf.
* Step 4
Now add Pohe into it and mix well. After 5 mins add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Poha is ready to be served with Indori sev and tea.
