Guacamole Substitute
Guacamole without using onions, tomatoes or jalapeños. I came up with this recipe with my Grocer's help.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Halve avocados and remove pits.
* Step 2
Score while in skin and place chunks in medium mixing bowl.
* Step 3
Squeeze on a little lime juice and mash with a potato masher until still chunky. Do NOT add to blender.
* Step 4
Rinse cilantro and chop off top of bunch to use. Blend with remaining juice from lime and the rest of ingredients about a minute.
* Step 5
Stir the blended ingredients into the avocado mash using a tableware teaspoon.
* Step 6
Serve with home fried Tortilla Strips
