Bok Choy with jammy eggs

Got this inspiration from one of Jamie Oliver’s shows where he paired eggs with blanched asparagus. These sweet Bok choy are steamed whole and retains their natural juices. Added just a little pink salt on the egg yolks.

Bok Choy

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Steam or blanched Bok choy. Steam eggs to desired consistency.

* Step 2

Top eggs on vegetables and serve :)
