Japanese Chrysanthemum Garlands (Tang-Oh) Egg Drop miso soup
Love the slight peppery fragrance of Chrysanthemum Garlands, and they are so pretty to look at too! A quintessential ingredient especially during the Lunar New Year.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add ginger slices to water and bring to a boil. Then add in prawns and cook for 2 mins.
* Step 2
Add in vegetables. Then add in egg, swirl egg after 30 secs for lovely curds :)
* Step 3
Dissolve miso paste in soup. Switch off heat. Serve!
