Ham Egg and Tomato Sandwiches
A great breakfast or brunch sandwich. This can be a bit messy due to a runny yolk.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt the butter and crack the eggs and fry them in the butter. Add salt and pepper.
* Step 2
Carefully flip the eggs you try your best not to break the yokes. Move to a plate try your best not to break the yokes. Heat the ham in the skillet flatiron, or whatever you have.
* Step 3
Slice 4 slices of tomatoes. Toast the buns add mayonnaise, ham and egg. Add tomato slice.
* Step 4
Add more ham slices and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
* Step 5
Add last slices of ham and bread and butter stackers pickle slices on top. Serve, I hope you enjoy!!! Stackers are pickles sliced on a bias or lengthwise. You can buy them in some stores.
