Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add water to poha (drain) using a strainer.
* Step 2
Add salt and little sugar.
* Step 3
Pour oil in a pan. Add rai, jeera. Little hing. Green chilli. Curry leaves. Onion.
* Step 4
Add turmeric and boiled potato
* Step 5
Add rice flakes and stir.
* Step 6
Cook for some time on low flame.
* Step 7
Add coriander on top, squeeze lemon and serve hot.
