Baked fish with vegetable pasta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place tilapias on cookie sheet and season as desired
* Step 2
Bake tilapia at 350°F for 20mins
* Step 3
Boil water, add butter and salt to taste
* Step 4
Add pasta to boiling water (stirring occasionally)
* Step 5
In a medium skillet; saute the vegetables (add no salt seasoning, basil)
* Step 6
Place pasta on dish, top with the sauteed vegetables and then place tilapia on top
* Step 7
Garnish with parsley and serve
