Apple Cobbler

This is the perfect comfort food on those cold Winter days.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8×8 casserole dish with cooking spray set aside. In large bowl add apples, sugars, flour, lime juice, vanilla and spices. Stir until well mixed and put into casserole dish. For topping whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla and mix until blended.(it will be a little lumpy) Pour over apples. Let some apples peek through. Cook for 55 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Serve warm.
