Fried Tilapia

Easiest grilled/fried fish recipe with the touch of indian spices.Fish marinated in Indian Spices and shallow fried in coconut oil.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the spices along with lime juice in a ziplock.

* Step 2

Massage the spice mixture onto the fish pieces, making sure each piece is well coated.

* Step 3

Marinate and keep for 15 mins or even overnight.

* Step 4

You can adjust the salt and spice level as per your taste!

* Step 5

Heat some coconut oil in pan.

* Step 6

Lightly fry some onions and some chopped cilantro until crisp in the oil and remove into a serving dish.

* Step 7

Now fry the fish pieces and remove excess oil with paper towel and serve on the dish.

* Step 8

Serve hot garnished with cilantro, onion slices and lemon wedges
