Tilapia in Mustard gravy
Twist to the authentic bengali fish curry recipe.I just love adding that mustard flavor to the fish...paired best with white rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the fish pieces with turmeric,lemon juice,salt and pepper for 15 mins.
* Step 2
Make a paste of sliced onions,tomatoes and garlic.
* Step 3
Make another paste of garlic,mustard seeds and green chilies.
* Step 4
In a pan,heat the oil and fry the fish pieces lightly and remove the excess oil from fish.
* Step 5
In the same pan,add the purees and stir well till the raw smell goes.
* Step 6
Add pinch of turmeric,salt,enough pepper and chilly powder.
* Step 7
Mix till all the water is evaporated and the masala dries.
* Step 8
Sprinkle some garam masala and add some water.
* Step 9
Now drop in the fried fish pieces into this curry and add enough water.Let it cook.
* Step 10
Stir occasionally and gently without breaking the fish pieces.
* Step 11
Garnish with some cilantro and serve hot with rice.
