Ingredient

3 tablespoons

Soy sauce

1 tablespoon

Dark soy sauce

6 tablespoons

Cooking Sake

2 tablespoons

Honey/Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Poke chicken with a fork, the chicken will absorb more flavour this way

* Step 2

Mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce (Gives colour), cooking Sake, and honey /sugar

* Step 3

Marinate the chicken on the frying pan for 10mins. Flip the chicken over, then marinate for 10mins again.

* Step 4

Medium heat. After the sauce boils, keep cooking for 6-7mins. Then flip the chicken over, cook for 6-7mins again.

**Don't forget the sauce on the pan! It's very tasty with rice!
