Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Poke the pork skin, you can use any tools (such as forks). I personally like to use a knife, because it's much easier and faster.
* Step 2
Poke as many holes as you possibly can, so you will get beautiful and crispy pork skin.
* Step 3
In order to easily give the pork flavour, cut the pork into 4 even portions (but do not cut off the skin)
* Step 4
Mix sugar, white pepper, five spice powder, and salt. These are spices for pork.
* Step 5
Spread spices evenly on the pork meat except for the skin.
* Step 6
Two layers of aluminum foil.
Wrap the pork and expose skin in the air.
* Step 8
Spread white vinegar and sea salt on the skin.
These are to make the skin dry out quickly and it will turn into crispy faster during roasting.
* Step 9
Put it in the refrigerator overnight (Do not cover the pork skin, leave it exposed so it can dry out)
* Step 12
Oven 480F 30mins.
Let it cool, then chop.
