Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the butter into blocks. Place into a bowl and beat.
* Step 2
Add the brown and white sugar. Beat until creamy.
* Step 3
Add the eggs and vanilla essence and mix.

Sift the cake flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl.
* Step 5
Add the flour to the creamed butter and gently fold in.
* Step 6
Chop the chocolate and mix the chopped chocolate chocolate into the dough.
* Step 7
Rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
* Step 8
Grease a baking sheet with Spray and Cook.
* Step 9
Roll thick disks and place on the greased pan.
* Step 10
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and cool on cooling rack.
