Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the tomato into smalled cubes. Add to a bowl.

Finely chop the red onion. Add to the bowl.

Chop the fresh coriander finely. Add to the bowl.

Cut the avocado into smalled cubes. Add to the bowl.

Juice the lemon and add to the bowl. Mix well with a fork.
