Garlic and rosemary loaf

Garlic and rosemary loaf

Garlic bread is always a winner at a braai. Just remember it can never be enough garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut 2-3cm thick slices while keeping bottom intact

* Step 2

Chop rosemary finely

* Step 3

Mince garlic (chopping it very finely)

* Step 4

Mix all ingredients except loaf together in a bowl

* Step 5

Rub butter mixture generously in each layer

* Step 6

Wrap bread in foil (shiny side outside)

* Step 7

Place bread on braai, turning frequently

* Step 8

Enjoy with you favourite braai meat
