Avomato Bruschetta With Poached Egg And Alfalfa

A combination of avocado and tomato bruschetta with poached egg and alfalfa, sprinkled with parmesan cheese.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the bread

Melt unsalted butter, mix with the grated garlic and spread on the top of the bread, sprinkle the dried oregano, then bake for 4 minutes.

* Step 3

Place cut tomato and avocado on top of the garlic bread. Next, put poached egg on it, last is alfalfa.

* Step 4

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper.
