🐟 Tuna steak - Japanese flavor

Finding a good quality tuna, yellow fin tuna here, is a big challenge in UK. To enjoy the taste and flavor better, a bit of sear works wonderfully. And it's extremely easy, maybe 5 min cooking time. The key is to make heating time short, and it keeps tuna tender and juicy. #fish #basics

Cooking instructions
