🍝 Aubergine tomato sauce pasta - or you call it eggplant?
Just wanted to eat an easy, quick lunch, and found a massive aubergine, eggplant, in the fride.
Used to love eating aubergine and meat mince, tomato sauce pasta a lot, but couldn't find any meat today.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice aubergine into long and 1 cm thick.
* Step 2
Plenty of olive oil and smashed garlic and chilli, and low heat until it smells the garlic.
* Step 3
Pour aubergine after the smell of garlic from the pan, and stir.
* Step 4
Roughly heated the aubergine, pour tinned tomato, and salt and pepper, and add any herb you may have
* Step 5
While boiling the pasta, less than 1 min that the package describes to make texture of the pasta perfect, pour a bit of boiled water into the pan to steam the aubergine a bit and moisture.
* Step 6
Mix the above, and sprinkle parmigiana reggiano and chopped flat parsley
