Quick and Simple Falafel
With monsoon at its peak, it only makes sense to indulge in some delicious deep-fried delicacies. One such delicacy that I absolutely love is falafel 🧆
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Collect all the ingredients together.
* Step 2
Wash and soak chickpeas. Soak them overnight.
* Step 3
Add all the ingredients together in a food processor.
* Step 4
Blend the ingredients on pulse till it all comes together. It should come out looking like a dough.
* Step 5
Place it in the refrigerator for 30 mins- 1 hour.
* Step 6
Make small balls of the dough.
* Step 7
Deep fry the balls in vegetable oil.
* Step 8
Cool till golden and crisp on the outside. Place on a kitchen towel to get rid of excess oil.
* Step 9
Serve hot with hummus or pita or enjoy them by themselves.
