Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Let mixture stand at least ten minutes. Bake on a hot griddle.

* Step 2

Spread with butter and sugar mixture or topped with brown cheese (gjetost cheese).
