Rajma ki sabji
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rajma for 5-6 hours.
* Step 2
Add little salt and Boil the rajma for 20 minutes on high to low flame.
* Step 3
Now grind onion, tomato and green chilli, heat oil in pan. Add asafoetida, grind material, and ginger garlic paste, cook it till the water completely soak and colour change golden brown.
* Step 4
Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder in it and cook it well
* Step 5
Then Add boiled rajma in it and cook it for 10 minutes and rajma is ready to serve
