Ingredient

1 bunch

Spinach

as needed

Oil

As needed

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop the spinach and add it in the cooker then add green chilli and a little salt and sufficient amount of water to boil the spinach.

Then kept it for some time till it cool, then grind it in a mixer grinder.

Heat oil in pan add onions, tomatoes, green chilli in it and ginger garlic paste and fry it till water soaks completely.

Now add the grind spinach in it.

* Step 5

Cook it for 10-15 minutes, till water soak completely. Now Palak Saag is ready to serve.
