Mix veg poha muffins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind the poha to a fine powder in a blender. Add besan and curd. Mix well. Add in the chopped veggies and green chilli paste. Mix well
* Step 2
Add in salt turmeric powder and mix well. Add 1 tbsp oil in the mixture and blend well.
* Step 3
Scoop the mixture in muffin moulds and steam for 3 minutes on high power. If the inside is not cooked cook for some more time.
* Step 4
For tempering. Heat oil in a pan. Crackle rai. Add hing. Add lemon juice and some water. Add sugar too. Bring to boil. Pour this on the muffins. Let rest for a few minutes. Serve with sauce.
