Cabbage paratha

Introduce

Red chilli powder

1 pinch

Hing

1 teaspoon

Jeera

1/4 teaspoon

Turmeric powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take wheat flour in a bowl

* Step 2

Add all ingredients except water and oil

* Step 3

Mix and knead into a soft dough using water

* Step 4

Divide the dough into equal sized portions

* Step 5

Roll out each portion into a chapati of any shape

* Step 6

Heat a tava

* Step 7

Cook the paratha on the tava using oil

* Step 8

Cook on both sides till crisp

* Step 9

Serve with sauce and tea
