Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil sugar and water in a pan till sugar dissolves
* Step 2
When the syrup becomes thick add the cashew powder and mix add cardamom powder and switch off heat
* Step 3
Remove in a separate bowl and let cool
* Step 4
Divide the dough into small balls with a cavity on top with a fingertip
* Step 5
With help of paint brush colour the balls evenly.
* Step 6
Let the colour dry
* Step 7
Insert a clove on top of each cashew ball
