Narkel'er Sandesh (Coconut Sweet), by Swagnik
Bengalis are famous for their sweet tooth, and their sweets. Here's one of the amazing bengali sweet meats "sandesh", with coconut.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend freshly prepared cchena (cottage cheese)on low flame for 1 minute.
* Step 2
Mix thoroughly with dessicated coconut, cardamom dust and powdered sugar.
* Step 3
Place on heavy bottomed pan and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
* Step 4
Remove from heat, mix gently and take out balls from the mixture and then shape the balls into desired shapes (I use moulds to give shape to the balls).
* Step 5
Garnish with bits of nuts, or dessicated coconut or silver foil.
* Step 6
Let standby time to cool, refrigerate, and serve cold (not chilled).
