Healthy Dates Pancake

Ingredient
½ cup or as needed to make a thick batter
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the dates in warm water for 15 mins. In a blender, mix together the all purpose flour, baking powder, dates, vanilla extract, and milk to form a thick batter.
* Step 2
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add a small amount of butter to grease the pan. Pour a large spoonful of the batter on to the pan and cook until the surface is bubbly and turns golden brown, then flip it over and cook for 2-3 mins on the other side as well. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
