Indian Style Masala Eggy Bread Toast

Ingredient

6 slices

Bread

1

Egg

2 tbsp

Milk

1, finely chopped

Onion

1-2, finely chopped

Green chilli

1/4 tsp

Garam masala

A handful, finely chopped

Coriander/cilantro leaves

To taste

Salt

As needed

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the bread slices into halves. In a bowl, whisk together the egg with salt. To this, add milk, all purpose flour, chopped onions & green chilli, ginger paste, garam masala, & chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

* Step 2

Place a non stick pan over medium flame. Dunk each bread slice in the egg mixture until coated well on both sides. Place in the pan and cook on both sides until golden brown, flipping in between. Serve hot with tea or coffee.
