The Hulk’s Savory Coriander-Mint Toast

#morningbreakfast This toast flexes some green muscles with the combination of coriander + mint with a spicy kick from the green chilies. Perfect for breakfast or snack, this toast will make you strong like the Incredible Hulk but without the bulk! 🙂

Ingredient

A small bunch, roughly chopped

Coriander leaves

A small bunch, roughly chopped

Mint leaves

1, roughly chopped

Onion

2, roughly chopped

Green chilies

As needed

Butter

2 tsp

Milk

To taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a grinder, make a smooth paste of the chopped coriander, mint leaves, onion, and green chilies. Season with salt. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk and add it to the coriander-mint paste and mix well to form a smooth batter. Slice bread into 2 diagonal pieces. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Dip the bread pieces into the batter one by one and place it to the hot pan.

* Step 2

Shallow fry until golden and crunchy, then flip to cook the other side. Serve warm as a savory breakfast or as a snack.
