Cooking instructions

Peel the plantains. Melt ghee in a pan. Add the plantains and shallow fry on all sides until golden colour, flipping occasionally to cook evenly. Sprinkle sugar and the roasted coconut flakes over the roasted plantains. Remove from flame and serve hot with tea or coffee.
