Tossed in ghee as raw ghee has numerous health benefits and must be consumed by all age groups in moderation as suggested by experts. Piri piri gives it nice spicy salty flavour and you cant just stop at 1 spoon😅

Ingredient

300 grams

Laai(Rice Puff)

2 Tbsp

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a wok. Take bigger wok for easy tossing.

* Step 2

Now add laai, peanuts and grams. Now toss them lightly at low medium flame until it gets lightly covered with ghee for easy sticking of masalas.

* Step 3

Now add piri piri, dry fenugreek and salt. Mix well and switch off gas.

* Step 4

Add 1 tbsp ghee on top and mix well. Raw ghee from top gives good aroma and has numerous health benefits. Mix well.

* Step 5

Let it cool. Store in air tight container and can be consumed for 2-3 months easily.
