Grilled Curd Sandwich
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take an empty bowl and spread muslin cloth on it. If you don't have muslin then use any thin airy cotton cloth.
* Step 2
Now pour the curd onto the cloth. Make a potli and squeeze all the water from it.
* Step 3
Either use hung curd or use this quick cloth trick for sandwich dressing. The curd will look something like this after you squeeze all the water from it.
* Step 4
Now take a big mixing bowl and add all the vegetables to it.
* Step 5
Now add few spices- Black Pepper, black salt, chaat masala
* Step 6
Now mix everything nicely. Your sandwich dressing is now ready.
* Step 7
Now take 4 bread slices. Cut corners if you want. And spread the dressing nicely on these slices covering each corner properly.
* Step 8
Now close them bread slices and grease them with butter from top so that they dont stick to your griller.
* Step 9
Grease the griller or sandwich maker with butter nicely to avoid the sticking of sandwich while cooking. If you do not have griller or sandwich maker then simply use tawa.
* Step 10
After 3-5 minutes, the grilled sandwich is ready. Cut into desired pieces and enjoy with ketchup, Chutney or any dip of your choice.
