Air fryer chicken breast

Seasoned outside and tender inside, this juicy chicken breast defies the (often justified) stereotypes that come along with boneless, skinless chicken breast—namely that it is rubbery, dry and bland. It doesn’t have to be this way! You can transform your chicken breast into a juicy, melt-in-your mouth versatile protein that is ideal for keeping on hand for fast, healthy meals throughout the week. You can add it hot or cold to salads, wraps, sandwiches, and more. This is air fryer chicken with no breading, is golden outside and moist and delicate on the inside. This is bursting with flavour and so good! It needs just a couple of minutes of prep and only a handful of ingredients. The result is an incredibly juicy chicken. Hands down, one of my favorite 20-minute meals.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make slits on chicken breast.

* Step 2

In a bowl mix together paprika, salt, 1 teaspoon parsley, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, pepper powder, olive oil, soy, and vinegar.

* Step 3

Coat the chicken with the marinade.

* Step 4

Line basket of air fryer with parchment paper and place the chicken inside.

* Step 5

Air fry at 200c for 15 minutes and then flip and air fry for another 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Make the glaze by mixing together mayo, hot sauce, remaining garlic powder, remaining chilli flakes, remaining parsley flakes.

* Step 7

Remove the chicken and brush the top with the glaze. Air fry for another 2 minutes.

* Step 8

In a plate place the lettuce, olives, tomatoes, crackers and egg and top it with the chicken. Sprinkle feta and serve.
