Dill Leaves and Wheat Savoury Pancakes
This Pancake recipe with dill leaves ( shepuchi bhaji) , Wheat flour, spices and little oil is a sureshot winner.You can cook it for all meals, tiffin box, travel and as a teatime snack too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take a deep and wide bowl. Add all the dry ingredients as mentioned and give a good mix. Check the taste for spices. Then add buttermilk in small quantities and mix to a thick batter. You can substitute water for buttermilk too. Mix in some oil. Keep covered for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Now keep nonstick skillet to heat over medium flame. Whisk the batter for a minute. Then take out laddlefull of batter spread on the heated tawa in circles. Pour oil at the sides and on top. Cover and cook till golden brown on each side.
* Step 3
Make all Pancakes similarly. Serve piping hot with curd, pickle and ghee or butter.
* Step 4
Enjoy delicious dill leaves and wheat flour pancakes.
Tip: you can make parathas or theplas using the same ingredients.
