Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, wash the jackfruit seeds well. Pat them dry. Then remove the seeds. Chop them finely.
* Step 2
Wash and peel the Bananas. Chop into small pieces. Take another bowl and mix both the jackfruit and banana pieces. Sprinkle milk powder on top.
* Step 3
Now mix together paneer, saffron, cardamom powder and gently toss together with a fork. Stir in the almond powder.
* Step 4
Now add the fruits to this mixture and stir gently again with a fork. Cover with lid or food wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
* Step 5
Serve chilled as a dessert or eat just like that. Delicious, quick and easy dessert ready!
