Tapioca (Kappa) Pakora
Tapioca or Kappa fritters are a local delicacy of southern state of Kerala. All over South India, Kappa chips and candied Kappa slices are also famous. This root vegetable is rich in minerals, vitamin B and fibre. Also rich in carbohydrates to give you vital energy for body functions. Try them out and share your comments!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, wash the Tapioca and parboil in salted water for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
Then cool and remove the peels. Slice them thinly.
* Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients and make a batter using water in batches. It should be of thick dipping consistency.
* Step 4
Keep the oil the heat in a kadhai. Dip the slices in batter and deep fry till golden on both sides on medium hot flame m
* Step 5
Then remove and drain extra oil on kitchen paper. Serve hot with your choice of sauce, dip, chutney or plain tomato ketchup. Enjoy!
