Gulkand and Kokum Sorbet
It's summer time and the need for thirst quenchers is ever increasing. Being a Nutritionist, I would suggest that we make these cooling beverages , icecreams, lollies, sorbrts at home instead of buying from the market. So I have tried this delicious recipe. You can try and share your comments!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, crush the kokum in water and strain it. Reserve the water.
* Step 2
Mix the gulkand, black salt & rose water in kokum water, blend together well.
* Step 3
Now fill this in ice trays and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
* Step 4
Remove from trays, transfer to a mixer jar and crush by pulse method till you get fine ice mixture.
* Step 5
Then serve rounds of this mixture garnished with rose petals and enjoy!
