Banana Blueberry Pudding

A healthy and delicious pudding of Banana and Blueberries which is delicious and wholesome. It has Bananas which are rich in calcium, potassium and zinc along with fiber, fruit sugar and energy. Blueberries are rich in vitamin C, minerals, fiber antioxidants. Ingredient

Cooking time :

15 minutes
3 cups

cold milk

1 tablespoon

custard powder

2 tablespoons

sugar or plant sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, dissolve the custard powder in an equal amount of cold milk till you get a smooth paste.

* Step 2

Then keep the rest of the milk for heating on low flame. Also add sugar and dissolve it. Heat till it reaches a boil.

Then add the custard powder mix to the milk and keep stirring till you have a thick and smooth custard.

Cool the custard completely.Mix in 1/2 of the fruits too Then arrange a lawyer of digestive biscuits. Then pour a layer of custard and repeat with a biscuit layer. Top with fruits, chill compliments and then serve! 😋
