Horsegram Paratha With Green Vegetables
Being a Nutritionist, I am always looking at adding healthy flours to my chapathi or parathas. One of the most delicious, nutritious and wholesome foods, Horsegram ( we call in Kulith in Marathi ), is a super food with multiple nutrition benefits. It's rich in essential amino acids, iron, calcium, potassium and zinc. Helps in muscle building, skin and hair health and keeps bones strong. I have made my breakfast with this super food .Try out horsegram flour paratha with green leafy vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well. Adjust spice and mix to a rough as needed for Paratha.
* Step 2
Then cover with a kitchen towel and keep the dough to rest for 15 min. Till then, assemble the items to roll out paratha and keep the skillet to heat. Keep a hot box ready to keep the paratha, lined with a cloth to absorb the heat.
* Step 3
Then roll out medium sized balls from the dough and make a round disk. Roast on a hot skillet from both sides. Apply 1 tsp oil or ghee and roast again till crisp. Keep covered in a casserole or hot box.
* Step 4
Then make all the parathas similarly. Serve hot with fresh yoghurt, pickle, chutney or any curry. Enjoy protein rich, healthy #horsegramparatha
