10 to 15 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, take a deep and heavy based kadhai or wok. Add the coconut gratings and dry roast on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Then add condensed milk, cardamom powder and stir cook for next 5 to 10 minutes till colour changes to slightly yellowish.

Add the ghee and mix well. Take off from the heat, turn off stove and cook to room temperature while mixing time to time so that the mixture does not turn coarse.

* Step 4
