Happy National Nutrition Week! Being a nutritionist, it is a pleasure to share a nutrition rich ice cream recipe liked by all ! Blueberries are small, tart blue coloured berries, produced in colder regions and liked all over the world .They are rich in antioxidants, boost hemoglobin production, reduce inflammation, aid in mood boosting, rich in vitamin C and B complex, and are rich in water content. Grapes have similar properties and they are good for heart health . Overall they are perfect to celebrate the Nutrition week with! I have prepared this delicious easy and wholesome ice cream using bleuberries and red seedless grapes. Ingredient

2 tablespoons

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, chop the grapes in halves Heat a pan. Add sugar, berries and grapes. (I also added some leftover raspberries and strawberries)

Cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes till soft. The mixture will be juicy. Then add corn flour to water and mix well. Add this to the fruit mixture. Stir well and switch off the flame. Cool the mixture.

Then stir this into the whipped cream. Mix with cut and fold method till well incorporated.

* Step 4

Then pour in chilled glass boxes and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. Then take out and run in a blender. Close the lid tight, cover with food wrap or food foil. Refrigerate till set.

Take out 10 minutes before serving, transfer to serving bowls, garnish with more washed grapes or blueberries. Enjoy!
