This is one dessert anyone and everyone will love at anytime! The easiest and favourite Maharashtrian dessert is Kelyache Shikaran or a pudding of milk and Banana. It's a traditional recipe. In olden days, whenever guests used to pay a surprise visit, the lady of the house would simply mix these 2 ingredients and turn it into a delicious dessert. It tastes yummy with hot chapati or fulka roti or Puris.
