Mysore style Mosaru Anna / Curd rice
Mosaru Anna or curd rice is a must have after all meals in southern India. It is nutritious and satisfying to the core, aids digestion and makes a meal complete. Mosaru is curd and Anna means rice. Mixed fine and eaten with lemon pickle. It's good for children and elderly too. Yummy 😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mash the cooked rice well with palms. Then mix in the yoghurt and milk. Combine well. Transfer to an earthen pot.
* Step 2
Keep it covered for an hour or 2 at a warm place. When the rice looks set well, mix in the salt, pour the hot ghee tadka or tempering (ingredients mentioned above)on top and refrigerate till serving.
* Step 3
Garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve at the end of meal. Tastes delicious.
