Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, grind all ingredients except besan to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Then mix in besan and make a smooth paste with buttermilk of pouring consistency. Oats batter is ready.
* Step 3
Then heat a non-stick pan. Pour a laddlefull of oats batter and spread into circle.
* Step 4
Pour butter from all sides and cook till golden from both sides. Serve with choice of chutney, ketchup, raita, dip or sauce. Enjoy with fruits on the side.
