Jhatpat Masala French Toast with cheese
French toast is such an easy and healthy recipe which you can make at any meal or snack. Made with bread slices dipped in beaten eggs and pan fried, it tastes delicious and wholesome. Rich with egg protein, fiber, vitamin A, B, D, and energy, it is also ideal for kids and elders.
Option for vegetarians is substitute eggs with chickpea flour or besan.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, keep a pan or skillet to heat on low flame.
* Step 2
Add eggs, spices, onions, coriander leaves and, green chillies to a blender and make a smooth mixture.
* Step 3
Transfer to a flat dish or shallow based bowl. Dip a bread slice and coat it with the egg mixture from both sides.
* Step 4
Drain off excess mix Place it on the hot pan, pour choice of fat or oil on the sides or on top. Cover and cook on both sides till golden brown.
* Step 5
Garnish with grated cheese sprinkled on the hot slices. Serve immediately with ketchup or green chutney and enjoy!
