Healthy Mango Pudding Cups (Totapuri mango dish)
Being a nutritionist, I like to make all recipes with a healthy twist. On the occasion of World Nutrition Day, try this healthy and tasty recipe of Mango pudding cups to go with your meals . They are low on fat, refined sugar, low calorie and utterly delicious ☺️Rich in vitamins, protein, minerals and fiber as the base is made with Muesli. Happy World Nutrition Day!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, blend the mango puree, 1/4 cup jaggery and paneer to a smooth mixture. Chill till use.
* Step 2
Now, to make custard, boil milk. Mix custard powder, milk powder in 4 tablespoon of cold milk and add to the boiling milk. Whisk well, cook on low heat till thick and remove from heat.
* Step 3
Bring to room temperature. Mix this with mango and paneer mixture and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Also powder the Muesli, cardamom powder and 1/4 cup jaggery to fine powder. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoon of milk and make into a moist mixture.
* Step 4
Grease muffin moulds and line with paper cups. Or use silicon molds. Press 1 spoonful of Muesli mixture into the paper cups. Refrigerate the cups for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
To assemble, fill the top of the mango cups with prepared custard and mango mixture. Garnish with chopped mangoes and mint leaves. Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
* Step 6
Serve delicious and very healthy mango pudding cups as a dessert and enjoy!
