Malai Kulfi with Haldi

Try out this very easy , rich and delicious kulfi made with homemade milk cream, turmeric, honey and cardamom! Good for skin, hair, digestion and rich in protein! Weight watchers, go slow 😀 #WM3 #weekendmenu #malaikulfi #summer #kulfi #cookpadindia #malai

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mix the milk powder, milk and cardamom powder in a saucepan.

* Step 2

Reduce it to half it's quantity on low flame while stirring. Add the crushed nuts and cook further for 5 minutes. Then remove from heat. Cool on counter till lukewarm.

* Step 3

Cool in fridge for 15 minutes. Now add honey and chilled malai. Whisk well.

* Step 4

Then pour in a chilled glass container. Sprinkle turmeric powder on top. (Optional) Close tight. Alternately, pour in kulfi molds and freeze till set. Cut into squares after removing from freezer.

* Step 5

Serve as a dessert! Enjoy delicious Malai kulfi! 😋😋
