Aam Ras Mousse
Mango Ras or aamras is the most yummy part of summer where we get to relish delicious mangoes and it's pulp which is sweetened and mixed with a little Malai to make perfect aamras. I have tried mango mousse pudding which is easy and too yummy!
Full of flavours, tasty and healthy too. Mango is rich in vitamin A, calcium , vitamin B, potassium and fruit sugar to give you lots of energy. If you have high sugar or obesity, eat them in moderation.

* Step 1
First, chill all ingredients for an hour. Then whip them all together with an electric hand beater.
* Step 2
When the mixture turns airy, creamy and and fluffy, take individual serving bowls. Pour in each one.

Garnish with cherries on top and set in refrigerator. Serve chilled and enjoy!
