Mint Peanut Coriander Chutney

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

2 tablespoons

roasted peanuts

as needed

Cold water

1 tablespoon

Lemon juice

1/2 cup

hung yoghurt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix everything together in a blender jar.

* Step 2

Grind using cold water to a smooth paste.

* Step 3

Serve with your favourite snacks! Store in refrigerator in an airtight glass jar. Enjoy!

Tip: To prepare a raita from this dip, add hung yoghurt and adjust seasonings. Then whisk well. Your raita is ready.
