Vrat Special Royal Shrikhand
Every meal calls for a dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. Farali or vrat meals have so many dessert options. I have prepared this shrikhand with lots of dry fruits and nuts, saffron, cream and flavoured with rose and cardamom. It tasted divinely delicious! Try it.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take the fresh cream and sugar syrup and whip with electric beater till creamy.
* Step 2
Then add the hung curd to it in batches and keep whipping to blend everything well.
* Step 3
Then add in the nuts, (save some to garnish) cardamom powder, soaked saffron and mix with a spatula.
* Step 4
Chill for 2 to 3 hours and then it's ready to serve. Garnish with nuts and saffron on top and serve "vrat special royal shrikhand" to all!
